Shipping Information

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order leaves our warehouse.

* Please note that our shipping costs do not include import duties.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MC, Amex, Maestro.

We also accept Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay and PayPal.

All of our prices are listed in Euros. If you're making a purchase from elsewhere, you'll be charged the equivalent in your local currency.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return your item(s) and get a full refund.

If you want to return or exchange an item please contact us first using this form on our contact page or by sending an email directly to info@meryllrogge.com.

Please do not return anything to us until we've approved your return or exchange first.

The returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order to get a full refund.

The original shipping costs are not refundable.

Unless the product you ordered is defective, we won’t cover the return costs.

You should use a trackable shipping service and purchase a shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item(s) otherwise.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, you will automatically receive your refund receipt via email and the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
